Anthony
Anthony brings over 39 years of culinary knowledge to the table. Since the age of 13, he has worked in some of the most recognized restaurants in New York. His passion for creating culinary art masterpieces, evolve daily. Constantly traveling to learn new techniques, Anthony will not settle for mediocracy. His expertise in food and planning are bar none. He is a perfectionist in every sense of the word. For his events, Anthony hand picks ALL of the ingredients he will use that day, from exotic seasonal produce and marbleized dry aged meats down to the specific plates and linens on the tables.

Vincent
Vincent is a graduate of the Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University, with a major in Business Administration and minor in Marketing. As a collegiate athlete at the highest levels, Vincent is accustomed to working with and leading teams. With over 14 years of experience, Vincent has an extensive knowledge about running the front of the house. He started out in the restaurant business at a young age by helping around the kitchen to ultimately working his way up to general manager. Despite his parents’ advice that he abandon the restaurant business because of the infinite hours, his hunger to serve has always kept him coming back. “From the moment you are greeted when you walk through the front door, to the way you are kissed or hugged like family on the way out, we strive for the total package, “the experience”. Vincent is also currently studying in the highly regarded Court of Masters Sommeliers Association, in efforts to be one of roughly 230 Master Sommeliers across the world!
